A. Christian Wilson

Chris Wilson is the founder and principal attorney of Wilson Law LLC, a boutique law firm in Atlanta, Georgia focused on creditor’s rights, commercial collections, lender representation, and related commercial litigation.

Chris has been practicing law for nearly 20 years. Before founding Wilson Law LLC, he co-founded  a commercial collection firm, where he served as a partner for twelve years. Through that experience, he built a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by financial institutions, lenders, and businesses in recovering and protecting their assets.

His practice includes a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, with particular focus on creditor representation, bankruptcy, and construction-related disputes. He has represented clients in both state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels, and is known for his practical approach, strategic advocacy, and dedication to achieving efficient, business-minded results.

Chris graduated with distinction from the University of Georgia in 2004 with a degree in Economics. He earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2008, where he graduated near the top of his class and served as an Editor on the Cumberland Law Review. He also earned a Master of Business Administration while attending law school.

Chris is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. He is a member of the International Association of Commercial Collectors, as well as the Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy, and Real Estate sections of the State Bar of Georgia.
